Frank partington pictured here with a magnificent Tench of 6lb 15oz caught on Pennington Flash Lagoon. 5th May 2004. Frank fished sweet corn over a bed of hemp and caster. Using .13 prestons power line hook length, At the time weed growth was minimal but has since grown significantly, stronger line will be needed next time to avoid loosing fish in the weed beds.
	Pictured here is another shop regular and local business man 53 year old Philip Schofield holding a 21lb mirror carp caught during a 5 day+night break at Hudsons farm fisheries in Garstang. The method he used to tempt the biggest of his total catch of 12 carp from 12lb-21lb was PVA bag of Scotts poridge oats with pop up artificial sweet corn. Phill used Fox mega silk 15lb line with a size 6 E.S.P Raptor hook on a sliding weight poped up 1 1/2 inches off the bottom, he used 15lb maxima hook length with a knotless knot on the hook (hangman's noose) Finally the equipment used was a Fox Rangemaster Mrk III rod and Shimano 8000 GTE Bait runner.
